How?

Using a custom algorithm, the app smoothes your daily weight logs so you dont have to worry about a bad weigh-in. Your weight goes up and down each day for various reasons that *arent* changes in fat. Perhaps you have more food in your system; perhaps your body is holding more water.

Just log your weight each day (in seconds) and Lean will do the rest. No more anxiety when stepping on the scales!

HOW LEAN WILL GET YOU TO YOUR GOAL:

• Leans custom algorithm will smooth your weight over time. Not only will it smooth out daily fluctuations, it will also help you pick up longer trends in your weight. Youll be able to see how your weight is *actually* changing on a week to week, month to month basis.

• The interactive chart will allow you to monitor your progress in detail. Filter the chart by week, month, three months, year or all-time to stay up to date on how youre getting to your goal.

• Turn your phone into a logbook. Effortlessly view, edit and delete old logs, all within the app. No need to carry around a pen and paper! Make progress to your goal whether youre home or away.

• Make the app your own! Youll be able to choose your units (lb or kg), and use either the light or dark theme. The chart is customisable too - you can choose whether or not to smooth, to show your actual logs, to use a tooltip or to display your goal!
